Guests have a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean where they can sit and watch a gorgeous sunrise in the morning, watch the whales play (i.e. - from Dec until May) during the day and a beautiful full moon rising out of the ocean all from the comfort of their private lanai.

A large oceanfront living room provides ample space for casual conversation, watching TV or listening to relaxing Hawaiian music. Features include new tropical style furniture with pullout queen sofa bed, Sony 27" flat screen Trinatron® and stereo system.

The kitchen is fully equipped to fix a quick snack to eat on the beach or to prepare a full meal for the entire family. Features include Thomasville light cherry cabinets, Corian® counter tops and all top of the line appliances.

Dining is convenient at the breakfast bar, in the dining room or on the lanai for a great view of the ocean while you eat. The formal dining room also offers splendid views of the beach and the beautiful blue Pacific.

The spacious master bedroom offers a closet, dresser, nightstand, desk and king size bed. The sliding glass doors to the private lanai's in both bedrooms can be left partially open for a delightful trade wind breeze although both bedrooms have air conditioning if you prefer.

The guest bedroom is equally as large as the master bedroom and has it's own separate bathroom. The unit sleeps 2 to 4 comfortably and is capable of sleeping 6 using the foldout sofa bed.

The master bath features a 5 foot vanity with an elegant marble top surrounded by mirrors. All fixtures are gold and chrome top of the line Kohler® and Moen® brands for trouble free operation.

The guest bath features a 30 inch vanity with an elegant marble top. All fixtures are gold and chrome top of the line Kohler® and Moen® brands for trouble free operation.

The beachfront lanai is a great place to watch the whales, lay in the sun, have lunch or watch the surfers. Or, if you prefer just sit and enjoy the spectacular view and relaxing surf. It is not uncommon for a rare endangered Hawaiian Monk Seal to sun themselves on the beach in front of the condo.

There is a private lanai outside of each bedroom where you can sit and enjoy a relaxing view of the freshwater lagoon surrounded by tropical plants and flowers

If you look to your right from the front lanai you can see the new sand bottom pool and refreshment bar at the resort next door. A short walk and you can get a refreshing tropical drink while you watch the kids swim.

As you can see in the picture to the left, convenient parking is just a few steps away.
